ePLDT Bills Online Portal Terms and Conditions
The ePLDT Bills Online (“Portal”) is an online bill presentment provided by ePLDT, Inc (“ePLDT”) to its clients. This Service is open to all ePLDT clients (“Client/s”) and their representatives (“users”, “you”) who have nominated their official billing email address (“user account”) to enroll the Client/s account for the Portal.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Portal. By using this Portal, you warrant that you are eligible to access and use the Portal and that you agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions. . If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, please do not access, or do not use the Portal and exit immediately.
ePLDT reserves the right to modify or amend the following Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. Your continued use of this Portal will be taken as your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.

Use of the Portal
- a. The Portal is available only to ePLDT clients who have agreed to use the Portal through a user by properly nominating their official billing email address consistent with these Terms and Conditions. The Portal allows users to access their outstanding bills/invoices online.

b. By accessing the Portal, you warrant that you are authorized to access the Portal and you agree that the Portal is made available for non-commercial use only. Unless you have ePLDT’s prior written consent, you are not permitted to copy, make available to the public, download, store (in any medium), show in public, adapt or change in any way the material (or any part of it) contained on this Portal for any purpose whatsoever .
ePLDT employs technical measures to restrict unauthorized copying or downloading of content. Users found violating these terms may face account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities. -
c. You agree to use the Portal only for purposes that are permitted by (a) these Terms and Conditions, and (b) any applicable laws, regulations, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the Philippines. Without limitation to any matter set out in these Terms and Conditions, You must not use this Portal to :
- i. Commit or encourage unlawful acts or in breach of these terms of use;
- ii. Misrepresent your identity;
- iii. Hack or attempt to hack, any part of the Portal or any system used to run it;
- iv. Store personal data derived from the Portal;
- v. Technically harm the Portal or its systems, including, without limitation, computer viruses or malicious software or harmful data
ePLDT monitors Portal usage to detect ad prevent violations. Unauthorized activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- d. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Portal by any means other than through the interface that is provided by ePLDT, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with ePLDT. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Portal through any automated means (including use of scripts, crawlers or similar technologies from time to time). ePLDT implements access controls and monitoring to detect and prevent unauthorized access attempts, Violations may lead to account suspension and legal action
- e. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Portal (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Portal). You agree that you will not use the Portal in a way that interferes or disrupts any servers, networks, or websites operated by ePLDT or any third party . ePLDT employs security measures to detect and prevent activities that may disrupt the Portal. This includes monitoring user activity and implementing safeguards against interference. Violators may face immediate suspension or termination of their account, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement.
- f. ePLDT does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may also have inaccuracies or typographical errors. ePLDT may make improvements and/or changes in the Portal at any time

Pre-enrollment, Passwords, and Security
- a. Upon availing of ePLDT product and/or service, you will be required to provide information about yourself, or the company you represent such as the company name, billing email address and contact number. You agree that any such information you provide to ePLDT will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. The information you provided will be used primarily as your user account for the Portal and will be used for any billing and/or collection communications. ePLDT will not share or sell your information to any third party for marketing purposes without your prior consent
- b. You guarantee that the information you will provide to ePLDT through the Portal shall be (a) true, accurate, current, and complete and (b) shall be maintained and promptly updated to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide any information that is, or that ePLDT has reasonable grounds to suspect is, untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, ePLDT may, without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Portal and refuse any, and all current or future use of the Portal (or any portion thereof).
- c. In creating your password, please select one that would not be obvious to someone trying to guess your password and change it regularly as an added precaution. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and you will be solely responsible for all activities that are performed using your user account. Any transaction effected using user account shall be conclusively presumed to be authorized by You. Lastly, users will be prompted to change their passwords every 3 months so kindly ensure your credentials are updated accordingly for security purposes.
- d. You agree to immediately notify ePLDT of any unauthorized use of your user account or any other breach of security. Without limiting any rights which ePLDT may otherwise have, ePLDT reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, to ensure the security of the Portal and your user account, including without limitation, terminating your user account, changing your password, or requesting additional information to authorize transactions using your user account. Notwithstanding the above, ePLDT may rely on the authority of anyone accessing your user account and in no event and under no circumstances shall ePLDT be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of (i) any action or inaction of ePLDT under this provision, (ii) any compromise of confidentiality of user account, and (iii) any unauthorized access to user account. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account owner.
- e. You acknowledge and agree that internet transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be entirely secure or private and any information provided by you, may be read and/or intercepted by an unauthorized party. ePLDT shall have no liability for the interception and/or hacking of any data or other unauthorized access to information provided by You for the purposes of using the Portal.
- f. You agree to properly log out from the Portal at the end of each session. ePLDT shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this condition.

Online Billing
- a. You may use the Portal to view and download your electronic bills/invoice as soon as the same becomes available online. ePLDT may, at its sole option, continue the regular delivery of the bills/invoices during which time the bills/invoices delivered by ePLDT shall prevail in case of billing discrepancy.
- b. The bills/invoices which you may download from the Portal does not contain a payment stub and therefore may not be used to make over the counter payments.
- c. You have the right to dispute the charges appearing on the bills/invoices following the applicable provisions on dispute appearing on the terms and conditions of the ePLDT product or service availed of unless you and ePLDT have agreed in writing to a different dispute process.

Indemnification
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ePLDT, its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or accruing from your use of the Portal, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Termination
- a. ePLDT may terminate your online access to any part or the entire Portal at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, for any reason whatsoever.
- b. If you wish to terminate your access to the Portal, you must withdraw your ePLDT Electronic Bills Presentment registration through your Service Representative and discontinue the use of the Portal. Termination of the registration will remove all the Portal privileges granted to user.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
- a. While ePLDT tries to ensure that the information and content on this Portal is accurate at the time it was published on the Portal, it does not warrant that this is the case. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the material on this Portal is provided “as is” and without warranties, conditions, or other terms of any kind.
- b. While ePLDT will make reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Portal is available, and stable at all times, it does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the system. While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure accessibility, ePLDT does not guarantee that use of the Portal will be compatible with all hardware and software of its Users. ePLDT reserves the right to suspend or withdraw access, without notice, to either the whole or part of the Site, for any reason.
- c. Your use of the Portal is at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system, mobile device, or other device, or loss of data that results from such use.
- d. Nothing on this Portal constitutes any part of a contract unless otherwise expressly stated.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- a. ePLDT shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special consequential, or exemplary damages that may be incurred by you through your use of the Portal therein, including loss of data, whether or not ePLDT or its representatives have been advised or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses.
- b. You further waive all claims against ePLDT, its officers, directors, and employees that may arise from or in connection with the access or use of the Portal.

COPYRIGHT, TRADEMARKS, AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Unless stated otherwise, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all text, images, and other materials on this Portal are owned by ePLDT. You may not use these trademarks without ePLDT’s prior written consent, or that of the relevant owner.

GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
- a. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and ePLDT and govern your use of the Portal. you confirm that, in agreeing to enter into these Terms and Conditions, you have not relied upon any representations or statements not expressly incorporated herein.
- b. You agree that if ePLDT does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these Terms and Conditions (or which ePLDT has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of ePLDT’s rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to ePLDT.
- c. If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, then that provision will be removed from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
- d. The rights granted in the Terms and Conditions may not be assigned or transferred by you without ePLDT’s prior written approval. You are not permitted to delegate your responsibilities or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without ePLDT’s prior written approval. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you shall be responsible for the use of the Portal by any other person using your user credentials through your fault or negligence.
- e. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and you and ePLDT hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, to the exclusion of all other venues.
